Image By Paris – Terms of Service
1. Payment & Booking
- All services must be paid in full (or as specified) before work begins.
- Once a project is booked, your order is secured. Cancellations or changes may affect timelines.
2. Revisions
- Each package includes the revisions stated in the package description.
- Additional revisions beyond the package may incur extra fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all required information, assets, and files (logos, color palettes, wording, photos, etc.) promptly.
- Delays in providing necessary information may extend project timelines.
- Please only book if you are ready and have a clear vision for your project.
4. Ownership & Usage
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables for their business use.
- Designs created by Image By Paris may be used in portfolios and marketing unless a separate agreement is made.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of digital design, all sales are final.
- Refunds are not available once work has begun or files have been sent.
6. Delivery
- Deliverables will be sent in the formats specified in each package (PNG, PDF, high-res, etc.).
- Any delays caused by the client providing incomplete or late materials may affect the delivery date.
7. Disclaimer
- Image By Paris is not responsible for printing errors or platform issues once files are delivered.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use of design files according to their intended platforms.
