1. What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the project scope and complexity. Each service listing includes an estimated timeframe, but we always aim to deliver quality work as efficiently as possible.
2. When does the turnaround time begin?
The project timeline starts once:
- Booking is confirmed
- Payment is received
- All required brand details and content are submitted
3. Are payments refundable?
All payments are non-refundable due to the time, creativity, and digital nature of our services.
4. How many revisions are included?
Each project includes a set number of revisions (typically 2–3). Additional revisions beyond the package will require an extra fee.
5. Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking to confirm availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed.
6. Do you post client work?
Completed designs may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes. Content will only be reposted after the client has publicly shared it, and communication will be made beforehand unless the client requests otherwise.
